libapache-session-perl software package provides modules for keeping persistent user data across HTTP requests, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache-session-perl
libapache-session-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache-session-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache-session-perl *
You will get with libapache-session-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
